After registering for a class, students can schedule a free 30-minute consultation to assess their Korean level and discuss class availability. Once Hello Hangul completes the assessment, we will send an invoice link to proceed with payment. Students will purchase their books once their class is confirmed.

Cancellation Notice

  • If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling

  • Send an email to [your email] with the subject line: Class Cancellation – [Your Name].

  • In your message, please include:

    • Your full name

    • The date and time of the class you wish to cancel

    • The reason for cancellation (optional)
